Combating Food Waste

Food waste is a large problem in our community, and so much of that waste is actually food that is in very good condition that just was not sold. Food that is not fit to sell is still fit to share, and we do just that.

Solving Hunger

Homelessness, poverty, and general lack of access to appropriate nutrition is a pressing matter, especially more pressing than warfare. Wherever food is needed, we will serve. Adequate nourishment is your human right.

Commitment to Nonviolence

All the food we serve is plant-based, preferably vegan. We are against the exploitation of people, animals, and the planet. Violence is a poor use of resources, and because global systems prioritize violence on a mass scale, we do what we can locally to keep people and the planet alive.
